Pet policy details for Unit 104
Allowed Pets
Up to 2 dog - larges , 2 dog - smalls , 2 cats , 2 dogs allowed.
Weight limits: 90 lbs per dog - large , 35 lbs per dog - small , 35 lbs per cat
Pet Types
We do have a 2 pet max policy. No aggressive breeds. A non-refundable pet fee is required based off weight. For the first pet, $300 (1-35lbs) or $500 (36-90 lbs). For the second pet, $150 (1-35 lbs) or $250 (36-90 lbs). There is a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet.
